These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of swiftforgeleads.com and its associated city and niche landing pages (the “Site”), operated by SwiftForge Web LLC (“SwiftForge Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, including homeowners submitting service requests and business owners evaluating our lead pipeline service. If you become a paying client of SwiftForge Leads, your relationship is additionally governed by a separate signed Client Service Agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.

2. Description of Service

SwiftForge Leads builds and operates local, niche-specific landing pages and advertising campaigns designed to generate service inquiries (“leads”). Leads generated through a given city/niche page are routed exclusively to the single business licensed to receive them for that city and category. Additional services, including an AI voice receptionist add-on, may be offered as described on the Site or in a Client Service Agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we design our pipelines to generate qualified leads, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversion rate, appointment volume, or revenue outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including local market conditions, advertising costs, seasonality, and the client’s own responsiveness and service quality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, branding, and the underlying lead-generation pipeline, is owned by SwiftForge Web LLC. Landing pages, domains, advertising accounts, and associated leads generated under a Client Service Agreement remain the property of SwiftForge Web LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site and our services rely in part on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta/Facebook advertising, AI voice and call-handling providers, and calendar/scheduling integrations. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in these third-party services that may affect lead delivery or call handling.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftForge Web LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a Client Service Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftForge Web LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise specified in a signed Client Service Agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
